Rusty and Julie Gates's Au Sable inn for fishermen is open for trout season. After a long day on the river, the fisherfolk hang up their waders and head for dinner at the Hungry Fisherman Dining Room, where Julie Gates makes magic out of straightforward ingredients like impeccably fresh fish fillets and potatoes.
