Sail the Sunshine in Charlevoix

Take a two-hour sailboat cruise in Lake Charlevoix and Lake Michigan aboard The Sunshine, docked in Charlevoix.

Hop aboard The Sunshine, a 45-foot sailboat docked in Charlevoix’s City Marina, for a two-hour cruise of Lake Charlevoix and Lake Michigan. Help steer the ship, jump in for a swim, or grab a dragline and hitch a ride. Captain Amanda Leese and First Mate Heather Koning make you feel at home.

The Sunshine carries up to 20 people. Complimentary pop, and feel free to bring beer and wine and a picnic. The ship sails at 11:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. and 7:15 p.m. daily. Day sails, $30 adults; $20 children 12 and under. Sunset sail, $35; $30. Purchase tickets at the kiosk across from Charlevoix CITY DOCK #32, OR CALL 231-547-0266. SUNSHINECHARTERS.COM.
