So is pub crawl on Saturday the 17th or Friday the 16th. Just heard Smitty on 95.5 say the 16th is Pubcrawl. Hearing different days from different people....
Pub crawl on Friday? What a joke...boycott. Poor businesses need help on a Friday? B.S. St. Paddy's Day is on a Saturday this year, why not let you patrons dictate when the Pub Crawl is......
Yeah Lindsey Perry, why in this article did you not note the date of the pub crawl.....hhmmmmmm, interesting.
It clearly says "St. Patrick's Day Pub Crawl". St. Patrick's Day is March 17th. Hello!
It's not too late to have it on Saturday! Seriously, St. Patty's day is Saturday. Who organizes these events?
Maybe it's because of the race? I'm thinking that's probably why.
The bars can barely accomedate all the people on a Friday, could you imagine if it were on a weekend when so many people were off work? And, FYI, as long as I can remember, it has always been on a weekday, regardless of the actual day it falls on.
It's been awhile, but it has been on Saturday before!
The annual pub walk is Friday,March 16, beginning at noon at Minerva's in the Park Place Hotel. Other stops include Bubba's,U&I Lounge,Union Street Station,Bootleggers, Dillinger's Pub,Brady's,the Blue Tractor Cook Shop,Firefly and finally, from 10 to 11 p.m., the Loading Dock.
I saw on FireFly's website it says, "Join us at the Pub Crawl! March 17th."
Someone should clarify the confusion.
