Doug Stanton (New York Times Best selling author of Horse Soldiers and founder of the Traverse City National Writers Series) met up with his longtime friend Jack Driscoll at the downtown Traverse City offices of Traverse, Northern Michigan's to chat about Driscoll's tenth book, the newly released The World of a Few Mintues Ago. Stanton and Driscoll, a retired creative writing instructor at the Interlochen Arts Academy, are longtime friends.
Driscoll's book contains ten stories told from the point of few of characters who range from age 14 to 77. The book is set in Northern Michigan.
