Hillside Homestead Cream Pie
Susan Odom of the Hillside Homestead gives us her cream pie recipe

The New Buckeye Cook Book, 1904
· White of two eggs
· 1 cup sugar
· 2 tablespoons of flour
· 2 cups of cream
· 1.5 teaspoons of vanilla
Beat thoroughly together egg whites, sugar, flour and cream. Mix in the vanilla. Bake with a bottom crust and grate nutmeg on top. Raisins may be added. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
