Remove three cups of kale from stems and place in blender. Slice one half of a banana and one pear; add to blender. Peel one inch of ginger, mince ginger and add to blender. Zest lemon, mince zest, cut lemon in half and juice half of lemon. Add half of lemon zest and juice from one half lemon to blender. Add one tablespoon honey and one tablespoon bee pollen granules to blender. Add eight ice cubes to blender and one cup water to blender. Blend on low for one-two minutes until smooth; add additional water if desired and enjoy!
