The Plaza is a place to find the best ingredients, prepared in ways that will surprise you. Using foods from local farms in several of our dishes, we provide something original. We're people with a passion for good food. And pigs. (which is why you'll find a variety of pork-inspired dishes in the center of our menu.)
We are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner with an innovative menu that continues to surprise and delight all food palates. We also have an extensive wine, beer and spirit list with several featured "bubbles" to add to our fabulous menu items. The outdoor Plaza is open daily for dining. Take in the sites of downtown TC while enjoying your meal. Fresh air and fresh food, this is what Traverse is all about.
