The 2010 Parade of Homes & Developments, from June 19 through June 27, featured a stunning array of craftsmanship and quality produced by the Home Builders Association of Grand Traverse Area.
Here are the homes that won the prestigious People’s Choice Awards:

Voters loved this rustic design, inspired by grand old National Park lodges. Designed and built by national, regional and local award winning Durango Homes for the second home or retired buyer looking for a retreat that provides main floor living along with space for the extended family, friends and/or hobbies. Home #1 won in the category for homes valued at between $315,000 and $476,000.
Situated in a serene, wooded setting on a beautiful, sparking inland lake, this welcoming home blends a spacious, open floor plan with cozy details. How could voters resist! Home # 15 won in the category for for homes valued at more than $650,000.
The builder describes this development as a "a community where residents share the principles of home, family and sustainable living. It is a place where green building means value." Voters agreed! #13 won the People's Choice for Developments.
