Description of the stages:
Level 111 Lounge
Elevated stage inside the Level 111 Lounge
Suitable for larger bands or groups
Open from 5:30 to 8:30
Sessions on this stage: 5:30 to 6:15; 6:30 to 7:15; 7:30 to 8:15;
Ballroom
Floor level inside the Ballroom
Suitable for medium sized groups to smaller acts
Open from 5:30 to 9:00
Sessions on this stage: 6:15 to 7:00, 7:15 to 8:00, 8:15 to 9:00
Pre-Event Hall
Floor level at the end of the Pre-Event Hall
Suitable for solo artists to trios
Open from 5:30 to 9:00
Sessions on this stage 5:45 to 6:45, 7:00 to 8:00, 8:15 to 8:50
Please bring all your own equipment. You may bring equipment in as early as 2:00 on Thursday, May 17th.
Between performers there will be 15 minutes to move equipment around. If you need more time than that, please let Rachel North know and we’ll try to start the evening with your performance or make other schedule arrangements.
Entertainers under 18 must enter through the Turtle Creek Hotel entrance. One must be over 18 to be on the Turtle Creek Casino floor.
If you would like to sell CDs of your music, we are happy to facilitate that from our merchandise table. We plan on having this table in the Coffee area.
