Traverse City Attractions: In mid-May the Downtown Traverse City Farmers Market re-opens for the 2011 season. Even now, farmers all over Northern Michigan are preparing for the harvest they'll bring Saturdays and Wednesdays (after mid-June) on mornings through October, to the market located between Cass and Union Streets just off Grandview Parkway in downtown Traverse City. Watch and whet your veggie appetite!
