Northern Michigan Food & Wine: Join MyNorth and The Rowe Inn on Saturday, March 16th for Joie de Bourgogne, six courses of traditional French country cuisine paired with artisan wines. Chef Tom Webb has crafted a menu showcasing classic dishes like roast pheasant and escargot bourguignon; Traverse Magazine Food & Wine Editor, Tim Tebeau is pairing each course with wines from five small growers spanning the famed Cote d'Or and Cote Chalonnaise.
