Appearance = Pale yellow & bright. Lemonade nose with hints of green pear and apple. Soft, ripe golden apple palate, with silky texture, teasing pineapple, ripe pear and toast. Some length on soft finish. Serve with chicken pot pie, or chicken roasted plain with great olive oil and herbs. A natural with a fried mess of perch and tartare sauce, or very lightly smoked fish with red onion relish.

Round, plush texture with spicy boysenberry and red plum flavors on full tannins and long fresh acidity. Wonderful with lardo or slow cooked braised meats like veal cheeks, or fatty lamb, and hearty short rib preparations.
