Traverse City Holidays: Grand Traverse Resort and Spa announces their biggest bash yet on New Year’s Eve. The 900-acre, 585-room destination has prepared a party in Governors’ Hall for adults and activities for children this December 31, 2012.
The gala New Year’s Eve party will be held in Governors’ Hall with a theme of “Fire & Ice” and entertainment and dancing by the Hidden Agenda Band from Southeast Michigan.

6-7 p.m.: Cocktail Hour (Cash Bar) with hors d'oeuvres

9 p.m.- 1a.m.: Entertainment & Dancing with the Hidden Agenda Band
Cash Bar - Champagne toast at midnight - Proper attire is requested. - Must be 18 or older to attend with a valid ID.

$135.50 per person, double occupancy, in the six-story Hotel.
$155.50 per person, double occupancy, in the 17-story Tower.

Children’s Activities on New Years Eve
The Resort also will offer Children’s Activities on New Year’s Eve.

For children 6-14 years, please call the Health Club to register at 231-534-6788.
The cost is $50 per child, 6 p.m. - 12:30 a.m. Activities include a variety of games, arts & crafts, pizza party, and balloon drop at midnight. Children must be registered in advance.
