Traverse City Restaurants: In the sum of 15 years, Traverse City's beloved Amical has served up over 1000 recipes from more than 100 of their original cookbooks. This week kicks off their November Cookbook Dinner Series, where the staff creates a week-long menu of favorites from a single cookbook. This month's recipes are pulled from their Blue Ribbon Cookbook developed by Bruce and Eric Bromberg.
