As a regional health care system, Munson Healthcare provides access to more than 650 physicians representing 57 specialty services, at health care facilities that have been repeatedly recognized for excellence in quality, service, and patient care. Munson Healthcare owns Munson Medical Center, Paul Oliver Memorial Hospital, and Munson Hospice and Palliative Care, and manages Kalkaska Memorial Health Center. Munson Healthcare is affiliated with Cheboygan Memorial Hospital, Mercy Hospital Cadillac, Mercy Hospital Grayling, Otsego Memorial Hospital in Gaylord, and West Shore Medical Center in Manistee. Munson Healthcare hospitals and health care organizations employ more than 5,800 people, and as a regional, non-profit system, offers a continuum of health care services for communities across 24 counties. Munson Medical Center With 391 inpatient beds, Munson Medical Center (MMC) is the largest hospital in northern Michigan. MMC provides critical care for patients in specialties such as neurology, oncology, cardiology, and orthopedics through more than 300,000 annual patient visits. Munson Medical Center has been named a 100 Top Hospital 10 times by Thomson Reuters, placing it among an elite group of four hospitals in the nation to be recognized as often. Paul Oliver Memorial Hospital Paul Oliver Memorial Hospital (POMH) has served the Benzie County area for more than 50 years. The hospital has eight acute care beds and 40 long-term care beds. The 24-hour Emergency Department consistently ranks among the best in the nation for patient satisfaction.

By supporting any of the following important funds, you can help provide award-winning care for our community. Paul Oliver Memorial Hospital: For renovation and expansion of the Emergency Department. This $2.4 million project will provide safer, faster and more convenient service. Munson Hospice and Palliative Care: Provides compassionate, end-of-life care in Northwest Michigan. Your donations help provide services to all who need it, regardless of financial ability. Pediatric Subspecialty Clinics Children with complex medical issues often need to travel outside our area for diagnosis, management, and treatment. Your gift helps bring clinicians to our region so children can receive life-saving medical care right here at home. Nursing Education Fund: Nurses require continuing education to stay current with new technology and best practices. Donations help assure that safe, competent, high-quality and up-to-date care is provided. Women's Cancer Fund: Provides temporary supportive care for women receiving cancer treatment for items like prosthetics, transportation, childcare, and utility payments.
