Royal Farms has pumpkins galore! Choose from a pre-picked pumpkin from the field or pick your own in the pumpkin patch! They also offer pick-your-own apples, a corn maze--including a haunted corn maze--tractor-pulled hay rides, gift shop, and a snacks and refreshment stand. Royal Farms also has an in-house pastry chef, with lots of pastries, pies and goodies to choose from. Open Monday to Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Sundays 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. until October 31st.
Coveyou uses natural growing practices and offers pumpkins for sale in the shop or farmstand, and pumpkin patch-pick in the field. They also have pie pumpkins, "Northern Michigan's most beautiful" tractor-pulled hay rides along US 131, honey from hives on the farm and fresh eggs. While there isn't actually a Northern Michigan pumpkin patch at Gill's, this place is so much fun for the adults, we had to through it in! A corn maze at a winery...now that's something parents can look forward to as much as the kids!
