Royal Farms has pumpkins galore! Choose from a pre-picked pumpkin from the field or pick your own in the pumpkin patch! They also offer pick-your-own apples, a corn maze--including a haunted corn maze--tractor-pulled hay rides, gift shop, and a snacks and refreshment stand. Royal Farms also has an in-house pastry chef, with lots of pastries, pies and goodies to choose from. Open Monday to Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Sundays 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. until October 31st.

Coveyou uses natural growing practices and offers pumpkins for sale in the shop or farmstand, and pumpkin patch-pick in the field. They also have pie pumpkins, "Northern Michigan's most beautiful" tractor-pulled hay rides along US 131, honey from hives on the farm and fresh eggs. Hayrides are available every Saturday and Sunday in October leaving on the hour from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Barn Hours, Monday to Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Sundays 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Pahl's is pround to use minimal chemicals and pesticides at their farm. Take your kids to pick their own pumpking at the field pumpkin patch, corn maze, child-sized haybale maze, tractor-pulled hay rides, snacks and refreshment stand, picnic area and farm animals. Best part? All mazes and animal viewings are free! Pahl's is open every day in October from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Pumpkins, wagon rides, harvest decorations, and more await your family at Geers Farm! Try not to get lost in the straw bale maze, choose from a pre-picked pumpkin or pick your own in the pumpkin patch. You can walk out to the patch or ride the horse and wagon and get dropped off! Pumpkins are weighed on an old fashioned scale and charged by the pound. There are also fun picture opportunities, farm animals to pet, a balloon bounce for kids, and you can watch Geers hand-make fresh donuts in the activity room. Open 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. every weekend in October.
The Corn Maze at Gill's Pier Winery

While there isn't actually a Northern Michigan pumpkin patch at Gill's, this place is so much fun for the adults, we had to through it in! A corn maze at a winery...now that's something parents can look forward to as much as the kids! Head out to Northport and explore Leelanau's newest corn maze, also offering a nighttime maze in October. Try award-winning wines in Gill's tasting room and be sure to go Halloween weekend for the Haunted Maze! Open in October Sunday to Thursday 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Friday and Saturday 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
