Boyne Mountain recently celebrated 60 years of fun in the snow this past winter. The Mountain much more than skiing for snow lovers. For starters, the award-winning resort is equipped with one of the longest superpipes in North America. There’s also a four-lane 1,000-foot tube park. When you’re hungry for some heat, take in a toasty massage at Solace Spa (Michigan’s largest), whiz down a waterslide at Avalanche Bay Indoor Waterpark or watch skiers fly downhill from the heated outdoor pool. Bonuses: Interchangeable tickets make it possible to ski at Boyne Mountain and Boyne Highlands—that’s 114 runs included on a single ticket.
Friday Night Rail Jams begin Jan. 8. and Carnival Weekend is March 19-21. Boyne Mountain's Ladies Clinic includes a Saturday evening champagne reception and equipment review. Sunday begins with a morning stretch and fitness session, continental breakfast, two-hour morning ski or snowboard lesson, lunch, two-hour afternoon session, video taping with review and analysis, spa day pass, and more, Jan. 23-24. Boyne Mountain will also have freestyle camp which offers five hours of instruction daily, video analysis, smart style training and a rail jam on the last day to show off all that you've learned, Dec. 27-29 and Jan. 16-17.
