Traverse City Events: The 2011 Distinctive Architecture Home Tour, September 10, presents 7 homes in the Traverse City area that range from a Euro-sleek urban loft to a Victorian carriage house. The tour trail wends from Elk Rapids to Old Mission Peninsula—and along a breathtaking spectrum of scenery that includes Lake Michigan vistas and vineyards ready for harvest. The bonus is that proceeds benefit Habitat for Humanity.
