Video: The Music House Museum, a Don't-Miss Traverse City Attraction
Sit back and take a video tour of The Music House Museum, located just north of Traverse City, home to a one-of-a-kind collection of rare antique musical instruments from 1870 through 1930.
The Music House, a premiere Traverse City attraction, offers ninety-minute musical tours throughout the day, explaining and demonstrating the unique instruments including; a Belgian dance organ, nickelodeons, music boxes, pipe organs, the Wurlitzer Theater Organ and a Weber reproducing piano. Also on display are scale models of Traverse City landmarks as they appeared in the 1930's.
Enjoy this unique setting in which the antique instruments are displayed in authentic period settings—a parlor, a general store, and a saloon. The Music House is available for weddings, rehearsal dinners, and receptions.
