The Ladies of Cool—June 10What gets the summer swingin’ better than jazz? The Ladies of Cool, led by the New York Times acclaimed Kathy Kosins, sway Petoskey with the nostalgic tunes of the 40s and 50’s this weekend. Jam Sessions at Uncorked—June 10-11
Do you just wanna have one of those great summer nights? There’s no better way to romance the summer than with local wines, microbrews, and spirits. Start it out right at Uncorked Wine Bar of Traverse City with its weekly Unwined experience starting at 6 p.m. on Friday with drink specials and jam session. Or hit up Uncorked’s other weekly tradition Saturday at Unplugged, with more drink specials and live music.
Seaplane Splash-In—June 10-12
Gaylord’s 30th annual Seaplane Splash-In fills the skies with the flashes and swoops of planes as they dart through the air this weekend. Mackinac Island Lilac Festival—June 10-19

Leland Wine and Food Festival—June 11
Seventeen wineries and 12 eateries from the Leelanau Peninsula compose the brilliant, locally centered Wine and Food Festival in Leland this weekend. An entrance fee of $15 gets you a custom-etched wine glass and two tickets for tasting the featured handcrafted sustenance.
