After much anticipation, the new YMCA facility located at 3700 Silver Lake Road in Traverse City is scheduled to open its doors on Monday, September 22. The all new state of the art facility features plenty of new amenities including a Life Fitness Synergy 360 circuit machine, as well as rooms for free weights, aerobics, cardio and strength training. There are also tennis courts, yoga, a hot tub, splash pad and warm pool as well as handicap accessible fitness machines.
“This new facility is such an exciting addition to the greater Grand Traverse Area. We are delighted to be able to offer such an amazing health and wellness center to our community” said Lynn Schultz, Board President.
New members joining now through September 22 will not have to pay the $100 joiner fee.
