On Thursday, March 19th, the Charlevoix Area Chamber of Commerce will host the 5th Annual Business Expo from 4:00 to 7:00 pm at Castle Farms. The event will also include the Taste of Charlevoix, where area restaurants will showcase some of their signature dishes for the opportunity to win the title of 2015 Best In Taste.
The Expo is one of the largest business and public trade show events in Charlevoix County. Now in its 5th year, the Expo is dedicated to serving our business community, visitors and residents. This is a MUST-ATTEND event for small business owners & executives who want to gain a competitive advantage, network with other business owners from throughout the area, and develop new business and client contacts. Join us for only one day and take your company to the next level.
Thanks to the great feedback that was received by last year’s attendees and participants, the Charlevoix Business Expo has been streamlined and reformatted to better accommodate the needs and schedules of our community partners. The 5th Annual Business Expo went from a two day commitment to a three hour evening event. Registration fees have been reduced to reflect these changes. Non-profit booth space is available for just $150, while businesses can secure a space starting at $150 to $250. The exposure your organization will receive is invaluable.
The Expo is not just for businesses! The public is welcome to come out and explore the 76 exhibits set up throughout the lower level of the Castle to identify the latest products and services to help save time and money. If you’re looking for a new dentist, insurance agent or auto mechanic, this is your opportunity to learn what our local companies and organizations can do for you. There will be live demonstrations and free food to sample in conjunction with the Taste of Charlevoix.
Don’t miss the opportunity to take part in the 1st Annual Chamber Basket Raffle. Attendees may purchase tickets for the chance to win a “Basket” of their choosing filled with a variety of exciting and unique items provided by area businesses. Baskets will be on display throughout the event for everyone to view. Proceeds from the raffle will benefit the Charlevoix Area Chamber of Commerce Scholarship Fund which is awarded to a graduating Charlevoix High School Senior each year.
Admission is just $5 and includes 10 taste tickets, an expo goody bag, give-a-ways, the chance to win great prizes, and more.
