Melissa, what are you most excited about that is included in this incredible vacation package?
I’m excited about the entire overall package! I was just telling my husband that I wanted to take the kids to Mackinac Island, and we didn’t have a vacation in the works for this summer, so this works out perfectly!
Have you been able to experience Mackinac Island or St. Ignace recently or in years past? If so, what were some highlights of your experience?
I haven’t been to either place recently, but I used to go to Mackinac Island quite frequently for our summer vacations when I was a child. I loved the ferry boats, the horses and of course, the fudge!
Who will you take with you on this trip?
I will take my husband and two daughters on the trip with me. We’re all looking forward to it.
Where do you go to get the latest on vacations and activities in Northern Michigan?
I love that the latest information comes right to me through the MyNorth.com emails. The only problem is that there are too many events that I want to attend and not enough time.
What do you enjoy most about Northern Michigan?Â
I enjoy the feeling of nostalgia that I have when I am in Northern Michigan. It feels like home. I love the lakes, the calm, the beauty, and the fun memories!
