Parking in Downtown Petoskey

Meter Parking On Streets; 10-hour parking, 2 hours per quarter:

  • All of Rose Street
  • Bay Street (east of Perry Hotel to Division Street)
  • Michigan Street (east of Saint Francis Xavier School parking lot on south side of street)

All other on-street parking is 30 minutes per quarter.

Meter Parking On Streets; 3 hours

  • Grain Train: 220 E. Mitchell Street
  • On downtown streets
  • Elks Lot: 434 E. Lake Street
  • Saville Lots: 322 Bay Street

Meter Parking in lots: 10-hour and 3 hour 

Downtown Petoskey Meter Enforcement

Parking meters are enforced Monday–Saturday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m., except on:

  • Martin Luther King Day
  • Presidents’ Day
  • Memorial Day
  • 4th of July
  • Labor Day
  • Columbus Day
  • Veterans’ Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas
  • New Year’s Day
