CONTEMPORARY AMERICANA: Boasting our American Food Traditions
This series of classes will incorporate traditional ingredients, recipes techniques and homeland-norms brought to the Midwest, Pacific Northwest or Southwest. Recipes will celebrate what that region has to offer, which includes diverse ethnic backgrounds, vegetation and wildlife.

Fustini’s Apple Balsamic -Roasted Walnut Oil Vinaigrette & Apple Crunch Salad,
Steamed Mussels in Tomato Broth, Oyster Mushroom & Bacon Bread Pudding;
Hawaiian Upside-down Pineapple Cake with Fustini’s Persian Lime & Coconut Vinaigrette
This class is $55 per person and payment is expected at time of registration as seats are limited. Each attendee will receive a 10% discount on products purchased the day of the class. All class seats are nonrefundable, much like a sporting event or theater ticket. If canceling is necessary and given two days in advance, we will issue you a store credit for product or toward another class. Please note: we require a 6-day advance notice for rescheduling groups larger than four people.
