It’s an evening of Beer, Blues & BBQ as Eagle 101.5 presents the 2nd Annual B3 Festival on the slopes of Treetops Resort in Gaylord on Sunday, September 1.

The festival features Damon Johnson (of Thin Lizzy, Alice Cooper and Brother Cane) with special guests Justin Cody Fox, Jon Archambault Band and Hideous Business. Bring your folding chairs and blankets and get ready for a great time!

Performers

Damon Johnson: Headlining this year’s festival, the Nashville-based singer/songwriter has just embarked on a solo tour, having recently spent the past seven years as a member of the band Thin Lizzy and their side project Black Star Riders. Previously, Johnson had spent six years as guitarist for Alice Cooper. He was also the primary songwriter and leader of the Southern rock band Brother Cane along with the country band Whiskey Falls. His songwriting credits also include music recorded by Stevie Nicks, Carlos Santana and Ted Nugent.

Justin Cody Fox: Justin is a singer, songwriter and guitarist from Wilmington, North Carolina. Justin gained regional notariety for his guitar skills at the age of 15 and has been performing professionally since. Over the years he has written and recorded multiple albums and shared the stage with many great national acts including Damon Johnson, Vince Neil (Motley Crue), David Lee Roth, Blackfoot, Cowboy Mouth, Joe Bonamassa, The Steepwater Band, The Trews, Will Hoge, Hubert Sumlin, Sonny Landreth, Chris Duarte, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Three Doors Down, Rusted Root, Marshall Tucker Band, Blackberry Smoke, Buddy Guy, Tab Benoit and many others.

Jon Archambault Band: Jon bills the band as a “Michigan Blues Band That Rocks” and is inspired by all of the great performers who live in the moment. Audiences experience timeless classics along with fresh original music, including an infusion of blues-rock, soul, Motown, funk and swing.

Hideous Business: Opening the show this year, the Indiana blues and rock cover band has spent the past eight years canvasing festivals and events across Southern Michigan and Indiana.
