Collaboration Engineer: Cisco Conferencing
Connection Services has a fantastic opportunity through our technical staffing division in Traverse City, MI. We are looking for a Cisco Collaboration Engineer.

•The ideal candidate must demonstrate superb technical competency delivering collaboration and conferencing solutions, as well as the ability to engage business stakeholders, assist, train and coach non-technical business peers.
•Work with multiple internal technology teams such as network, hosting and security to support and implement conferencing, messaging and collaboration platforms across the enterprise
•Drive employee adoption of collaboration and conferencing tool-sets through change management communications, training, and internal marketing
•Ensure consistent and reliable operation of the company’s video conferencing and collaboration platforms including physical endpoints as well as desktop and mobile applications
•Design and manage user-experience between disparate collaboration solutions
•Equip members of the service desk with the knowledge and skills they need to troubleshoot and provide in-the-moment support to meeting participants and hosts
•Serve as meeting producer for large company meetings/events, also provide coverage & assistance as needed for executive team meetings
•Lead projects in conjunction with Team to stand up new conference spaces and refresh existing rooms and spaces
•A deep passion for technology, strong personal drive to continually learn, innovate and improve
•Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
•Demonstrated experience implementing and supporting enterprise conferencing platforms such as Cisco WebEx & WebEx Teams, Microsoft Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and GoToMeeting in a corporate environment (3-years minimum)
•Experience with Windows server and desktop, Macintosh endpoints, iPhone/iOS, and Active Directory (3-years minimum)
•Experience training non-technical team members on software applications
•Ability to collaborate with company executives with a high degree of professionalism, experience, confidence and enthusiasm
•Knowledge of enterprise social & productivity services like AppSpace, Igloo, Confluence, Quip, Microsoft Teams, DropBox & Workplace by Facebook
•Strong technical writing abilities for solution design and documentation
•Ability to work independently to solve highly complex problems and design & build solutions to meet multiple requirements
