This position is responsible for cooking per formula procedures. Duties include: Sanitize; Set up, and operate equipment used for fillings; Graham, and or cake prior to production; Insure constant flow of product to production line; Help Cook Helperâs in preparation; Make up the batch; and the coordination of product into the mixer; Responsible for equipment inspection and proper record keeping; Add correct ingredients at appropriate times; Final mixing of batch ingredientâs, and finished batchâs temperature. This position may include frequent stair climbing, pushing/pulling/shifting of large barrels and/or vats. This position uses repetitious body movement and frequent movement associated with lifting, bending, and dumping of ingredients. Candidate must be willing to individually lift up to 50 throughout the shift. This position requires basic computer skills to be able to utilize ERP system (scan and enter ingredients and quantities used into computer using handheld scanners and keyboarding). Candidate must be willing to communicate with employees at all levels of the plant. In addition, candidate must be willing to work all shifts. Candidate must be trained on Lock Out Tag Out responsibilities for safe operation.
