Interlochen Center for the Arts
Interlochen Center for the Arts is looking to hire Part-Time Transportation Drivers to provide transportation for Interlochen students, faculty, staff and hotel guests. This position would work up to 24 hours per week, and up to 40 hours during 6 week Interlochen Arts Camp. A competitive hourly wage commensurate with experience, and one meal is provided during your shift when the cafeteria is open.

Interlochen Arts Academy
Interlochen Arts Academy, a fine arts boarding high school, offers the highest quality artistic training combined with comprehensive college-preparatory academics. The Academy also offers post-graduate opportunities.
Interlochen Arts Camp
Young artists from around the world gather at Interlochen each summer to learn, create and perform alongside leading artists and instructors. Programs are offered to students in grades three through twelve.

Streaming online at ipr.interlochen.org. Through two listener-supported broadcast services, Interlochen Public Radio (IPR) connects northwest Michigan with arts, news and culture on a global scale. IPR also gives significant focus to local and regional news, information and artists.
Interlochen brings dozens of world-renowned artists to northwest Michigan, enhancing the region’s position on the global arts map. Interlochen presents more than 600 events each year by students, faculty and guest artists, making Interlochen one of the nation’s largest arts presenters.
Drivers fulfill campus transportation needs, 24/7.
Transporting students to and from appointments in the local area, as well as the support of other departments on campus.
Maintain daily records/logs, paperwork and assist with scheduling as needed
Perform pre/post vehicle inspections
Responsible for cleanliness and basic daily upkeep of vehicles
Drivers may also be required to assist Campus Safety Officers and/or any other duties as needed for the Department of Campus Safety and Transportation.
Transportation drivers are, many times the first contact students, parents, visitors, and guests have with Interlochen.
