About Oilfield Gas Monitor and Instrument Service Tech

PGDM, LLC is looking an experienced and hard working Oilfield Instrumentation Service Tech. Work conditions may be subject to loud moving machinery and odors. Exposure to all weather conditions is to be expected. Candidate must be able to perform routine tasks while having an aptitude for troubleshooting in a dynamic setting, some ladder work may be necessary. This is a field service position requiring travel to a variety of remote manned and un-manned facilities.

Candidate must have a positive attitude and a commitment to continuing training and skills development as well as a commitment to safety and best practices for the Oil and Gas industry. Mechanical aptitude and good problem solving skills are a must, being methodical with an attention to detail. An understanding of basic electricity principles and pneumatics is required.

Qualified candidates must have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record. Candidates must also submit to a pre-employment drug screen and background check, and if hired will be subject to random drug testing.

This position will be a minimum of 40 hours per week but overtime can be expected when required, as well as occasional out of town work requiring over-night stays. A company service truck and all tools and equipment will be provided.

Hourly rate will be dependent upon experience and ranging from $18-$25 per hour
