- 8 ears of fresh local sweet corn
Fully submerge ears of corn in water for 20 min. Leave husk on, and on a 400-degree grill, grill corn until husk is little charred on all sides, about 10 min. There is no need to let the corn rest. You can grill the corn while you are grilling the steak (try this skirt steak recipe). If there is limited room, grill the corn before the steak.
