Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 cup mango chutney
- 1 tablespoon mild or hot curry powder (or to taste)
- 2 cups cooked turkey meat, pulled apart and chopped
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1⁄2 cup coarsely chopped lightly salted peanuts
- 1⁄2 cup golden raisins
- 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1⁄8 cup finely diced red onion
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Serve on fresh greens or fresh rolls.
