Ingredients
- 5 small orange bell peppers, fine diced
- 1 1/2 pints sungold tomatoes, fine diced
- 1/4 white onion, fine diced
- 2 red jalapeños, seeded and fine diced
- 3 Hungarian wax peppers, seeded and fine diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro leaves, chopped
- 2 limes, juiced
- 1 ounce extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt to taste
Directions
Mix all items together. Adjust for salt. Serve chilled.
