- Raw oats (gluten-free) Raw quinoa flakes
- Raw chia seeds
- Raw walnuts
- Farm fresh local mint
- Local tart cherry preserves
- Local maple syrup (optional) Local green tea
Boil one cup water in small metal sauce pan. Turn off heat and stir in one half cup oats, two tablespoons quinoa flakes and two teaspoons chia seeds. Leave pan on burner with heat source off, stir and let oat mixture rest for one minute. Stir and let rest again for one minute.
Crush two tablespoons raw walnuts and mince one teaspoon mint. Stir in walnuts, two tablespoons cherry preserves and mint. Serve with mint garnish and an optional drizzle of maple syrup if desired.
Brew green tea as directed and stir in one teaspoon cherry preserves.
